System, version and pathway clarity
Confirm LEED or Mostadam, rating system, version, stage and suitable level before registration or contractual commitment.
We help owners, developers, design teams and contractors select the system, version, project type and target level, then translate requirements into performance decisions, specifications, responsibilities and evidence through submission readiness and review. A dual pathway can be coordinated where it creates genuine value, without assuming credit equivalence.
We select the right route early and establish responsibilities for modelling, commissioning, materials and construction so the target does not become a set of disconnected points or late files.
Confirm LEED or Mostadam, rating system, version, stage and suitable level before registration or contractual commitment.
Connect site, energy, water, materials, indoor environmental quality, waste and operations with design, specifications and budget.
Allocate credits and requirements to the owner, designers, contractor, suppliers, modellers and commissioning specialists.
Compare LEED and Mostadam value and requirements, selecting a single or dual path that fits the Saudi market and project objectives.
Risk increases when qualification starts late or the pathway is selected without testing eligibility, data, cost and responsibility.
Selecting the system or level after massing, façade and systems are fixed increases change cost and closes important opportunities.
Project type, registration status or operational stage may not fit the assumed pathway or transition deadlines.
Selecting easy credits in isolation from energy, water, carbon and occupant comfort weakens both certification value and the asset.
Poor coordination of energy and water models, commissioning, testing and product information creates conflicts and evidence gaps.
Without an owner, deadline and evidence requirement for each credit, gaps emerge close to submission or handover.
Design changes, alternative materials or weak construction records can lose prerequisites, requirements or targeted points.
Scope is shaped around LEED, Mostadam or a dual pathway, as well as project type, version, stage, target level and registration status.
Confirm the appropriate pathway, project boundary, certification level and point scenarios.
Turn the objective into a strategy, credits, responsibilities and decision programme.
Embed requirements in the basis of design, models, drawings and specifications.
Define specialist scopes, inputs, outputs and timing.
Protect the target through procurement and delivery and prepare a reviewable package.
Deliverables are set for the selected pathway; we do not assume the same document or calculation supports LEED and Mostadam in the same way without checking requirements.
Understand building or community type, boundary, stage, programme, driver and target level.
Confirm the system, version, project type, prerequisites, registration and review route.
Run a workshop, build target and reserve scorecards, and allocate responsibilities.
Embed performance and credits in the basis of design, models, drawings, specifications and decisions.
Fix specialist, testing, product, submittal and contract requirements.
Train teams and review submittals, changes, inspections and traceability through close-out.
Check package quality and consistency and support questions and responses while certification decisions remain independent.
Early review of eligibility, system, version, level, opportunity and cost.
Manage credits, performance, evidence and disciplines through submission readiness for the selected pathway.
Qualify a building or community under the design and construction or operation and existing pathway.
Analyse overlap and differences and manage LEED and Mostadam without assuming matching evidence or points.
Assess an advanced project or existing package and prioritise actions before submission.
Qualification requires coordination of design, modelling, commissioning, material and testing disciplines, while LEED review, Mostadam certification and level decisions remain within their independent official pathways.
Where needed, we coordinate energy and water modellers, commissioning, envelope, lighting, air-quality, materials, LCA, landscape and testing specialists against system requirements, without implying a pre-existing partnership or accreditation.
LEED projects undergo GBCI review, while Mostadam sustainability assessment is administered through Saudi Arabia’s Sustainable Building platform. We prepare and coordinate the package but do not replace the certification or review authority.

View experience →LEED is an international green-building system managed by USGBC with project reviews performed by GBCI and pathways for different asset types and stages. Mostadam is a Saudi rating system under Sustainable Building, designed for local climate and requirements and covering residential and commercial buildings and communities. Selection depends on market, stage, asset and requirements.
LEED v5 is the latest and is currently available for commercial BD+C, ID+C and O+M. v4 and v4.1 pathways remain available within transition deadlines. From July 1, 2027, v5 becomes the only version for new commercial registrations, with limited exceptions under USGBC guidance, so we confirm dates and pathway before registration.
Official guides provide pathways for residential buildings, commercial buildings and communities under Design + Construction (D+C) and Operation + Existing (O+E). We select the applicable guide and route for the asset type and stage.
LEED awards Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels based on prerequisites and points. Mostadam classifies projects across five levels from Green to Diamond. Thresholds and applicable level requirements are confirmed from the official guide in effect at registration.
Yes, when owner, market or authority needs justify it, but credit equivalence is not assumed. We prepare a matrix showing shared requirements, differences, evidence, cost and decisions for each pathway.
Preferably before massing, façade, systems and budget are fixed because site, energy, water, materials and commissioning decisions affect performance, points and cost. An advanced project can still be assessed with recovery opportunities clearly identified.
No. We support pathway selection, qualification, integration, coordination, evidence review and responses. Credit acceptance, certification, level and timing are independent decisions within GBCI or Sustainable Building as applicable.
It depends on system, version, target credits and project type. Energy and water modelling, commissioning, air, envelope or lighting testing, metering and material data may be required, so specialist scopes and timing should be fixed early.
Product data, EPDs, LCA and carbon calculations can support material decisions and specific credits under the applicable version. A document alone is not enough; eligibility, scope, programme and data quality must be checked.
They depend on system, version, type, area, stage, target level, specialist count, data quality, registration status and evidence volume. We provide a clear scope and fee after screening; official registration, review or certification charges are set separately by the relevant authority.
Share asset type, location, stage, area, ambition and programme, and we will propose a LEED, Mostadam or dual pathway with clear steps and implications.
